How laser screeding works
A laser transmitter establishes the reference plane. Receivers on the screed machine detect that reference while the machine controls the screeding head during concrete placement and leveling.
Where it is useful
Large warehouses, manufacturing plants and logistics facilities can benefit from efficient placement and controlled elevation. The required machine and execution plan depend on pour geometry and project specification.
Technology is only one part
Laser screeding does not by itself guarantee a particular floor classification. Concrete quality, sub-base, reinforcement, joints, finishing, curing and verification remain important.
