Precision Concrete Flooring with SOMERO® S-158
Mechanized screeding supports controlled levels during concrete placement. Floor design, concrete supply, finishing, joints and curing remain essential.

WHY LASER SCREED
Technology supports precision—but the full flooring system creates performance.
Yash Flooring added SOMERO® Laser Screed S-158 (USA) to its equipment fleet in 2017. The machine supports laser-guided level control, mechanized screeding and vibration during concrete placement.
For an industrial floor, machine technology must still work together with sub-base preparation, concrete quality, reinforcement, pour planning, joints, finishing, curing and measurable project specifications.

Laser Level Control
Reference-based elevation control during concrete screeding.
Large Floor Execution
Useful for large factory and warehouse floor areas with planned pours.
Mechanized Screeding
Supports more repeatable placement than relying on manual leveling alone.
High-Performance Floors
Can form part of VNA/FM2 and demanding warehouse flooring strategies when specified correctly.
PROJECT PLANNING
When should you consider laser screed flooring?
- Large industrial or warehouse floor plates
- Projects requiring controlled levels and efficient concrete placement
- Factories and logistics facilities with heavy material movement
- Warehouse floors with defined flatness/level requirements
- Projects where pour sequencing and quality control are critical
Important: laser screeding alone does not guarantee an FM2 or VNA floor. Acceptance criteria, measurement method and complete construction methodology should be agreed before execution.
